The Photography
7 reasons to consider professional photography
Camera - Professional grade Digital SLR (DSLR) cameras capture pictures not possible by consumer point-and-shoot cameras. Professional cameras have super high quality image sensors and image processors suitable for high-resolution prints and enlargements.
Lenses - DSLR cameras have optics (lenses) that capture images that cannot be achieved by point-and-shoot consumer cameras. Primarily, professional lenses create a narrow depth of field which put the subject in focus while blurring the scene in the background. This optical effect is awe inspiring and just one of many reasons why professional lenses are unmatched.
Lighting - Professional grade Digital SLR cameras have manual control over the aperture settings to adjust for light. Consumer point-and-shoot cameras are automatic. Getting that elusive picture at a colorful sunset with squinting and shadows is possible with a professional camera.
Scene - We live in a place that is authentic and visually interesting. Without a trained eye in photography, you'll miss it. The elements of a great photo include scene composition, textures, lighting, and colors. There are predetermined scenes proven to look great in photos. You don't know where they are but we'll take you there.
Selection - You may have heard the saying, "it takes one-hundred photos to get the one". Your photographer will use advanced light box tools to find the elusive photo in the shoot that is perfect.
Editing - And then, enhance artistic elements of the photo such as cropping, contrast, and lighting. If you want, we'll even digital airbrush imperfections or change your hair color. It's all about you.
Print Production - Photo books. Prints. Photos-on-Canvas. Cards, stationary, calendars, photo-gifts. Novelties (tee-shirts, coffee mugs). New-media slide show, movies, web galleries.
